*Includes one registration bag and one t-shirt per registrant. If you sign up for your gender and the mixed tournament, you only receive one registration bag and one t-shirt.

Rules to note:

• This is a Double-Elimination tournament format.
• Seeding for the tournament is completely randomized. Some teams will have byes in a given tournament.
• Winners bracket matches are played to 11, win by 1, best of 3.
• Losers bracket matches are played to 15, win by 1, best of 1.
• In winners bracket matches, teams will switch sides after the completion of the first 2 games and, if a third game is needed, teams will switch sides once a team gets to 6 points.
• Players will call their own out balls.
• We will be playing with the Franklin X-40 ball.
• If a ball breaks in the middle of a play or directly after a point has been made, the point will be replayed with a new ball.
• Scorecards will be given out to teams before their match begins. Teams need to ensure that the card is filled out properly and submitted to the scoring/registration table immediately following the match.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds can be administered, minus a $15 administration fee, up to 10 days before the start of the Tournament.
• No refunds will be given within 10 days of the Tournament start date.
• This is an Outdoor tournament and refunds will NOT be given for weather-related cancellations.
• The tournament director reserves the right to change the format, shorten games, or make other changes to complete the event.
