DESCRIPTION:September 7 & 8\, 2024\nDouble Elimination Tournament\nDivisions: Men’s\, Women’s\, and Mixed\nSkill Levels: 3.0\, 3.5\, and 4.0+ \nSaturday\, September 7\, 2024\nRegistration Starts at 7:30 AM\nWomen’s Doubles\nMen’s Doubles \nSunday\, September 8\, 2024\nRegistration Starts at 7:30 AM\nMixed Doubles \n*Includes one registration bag and one t-shirt per registrant. If you sign up for your gender and the mixed tournament\, you only receive one registration bag and one t-shirt. \nRules to note: \n\nThis is a Double-Elimination tournament format.\nSeeding for the tournament is completely randomized. Some teams will have byes in a given tournament.\nWinners bracket matches are played to 11\, win by 1\, best of 3.\nLosers bracket matches are played to 15\, win by 1\, best of 1.\nIn winners bracket matches\, teams will switch sides after the completion of the first 2 games and\, if a third game is needed\, teams will switch sides once a team gets to 6 points.\nPlayers will call their own out balls.\nWe will be playing with the Franklin X-40 ball.\nIf a ball breaks in the middle of a play or directly after a point has been made\, the point will be replayed with a new ball.\nScorecards will be given out to teams before their match begins. Teams need to ensure that the card is filled out properly and submitted to the scoring/registration table immediately following the match.\n\nRefund Policy: \n\nRefunds can be administered\, minus a $15 administration fee\, up to 10 days before the start of the Tournament.\nNo refunds will be given within 10 days of the Tournament start date.\nThis is an Outdoor tournament and refunds will NOT be given for weather-related cancellations.\nThe tournament director reserves the right to change the format\, shorten games\, or make other changes to complete the event.\nContact Director of Operations\, Ryan Voisey\, to inquire about a refund at ryan@buhlpark.org\n\n  \n  \nRegister Online

DESCRIPTION:Buhl Day is a one-of-a-kind celebration in a one-of-a-kind park. The first celebration took place 106 years ago\, in 1915 when Buhl Farm was formally opened. Local people took the opportunity to honor industrialist Frank H. Buhl and his wife\, Julia.
