About the Trackman Golf Simulator
The TrackMan numbers are the brain behind it all. All major stakeholders of the game, without exception, use and trust our numbers for two main reasons: precision and reliability. With TrackMan, you will quickly understand why and how they use our data in their daily work. With us, you’ll quickly become an insider of the most revolutionary training tool in the industry.
We track the full trajectory of any shot, from 6 foot pitches to 400 yard drives, pinpointing the landing position with an accuracy of less than 1 foot at 100 yards. We also display the shot’s 3D trajectory together with 26 impact and ball flight parameters in real time (data is delivered within 1 second).

I am the Assistant Golf Professional at the Golf Shop at Buhl Park as well as a PGA of America Associate. I am also a retired United States Postal Service Letter Carrier. I worked 34 years as a Letter Carrier with my last 12 years being in Sharon PA. I was born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Pa and attended Seton-LaSalle Regional High School. I attended Saint Vincent College in Latrobe Pa where I played Lacrosse. I remained in the Pittsburgh area until 2009 when my family and I made the move to Mercer County.
My passion for golf started early in my life and it has not diminished. I worked as a caddie at South Hills Country Club during my high school summers and into my college years. I have coordinated several golf leagues and outings. I have been an active member of the Pittsburgh Golfers tour for over 25 years as a player and a member of the rules committee. I was an Assistant golf coach at LaRoche College for 10 years and learned and executed many training techniques. I have had the opportunity to experience the game of golf as a student, as a coach and as a teacher. I have been around some of the greatest minds in the game. I look forward to growing the game of golf through clinics or just casual conversions we may have around our learning center. My contact information is 724-308-7883 and ron@buhlpark.org.

Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Marketing (Slippery Rock University)
I am the Director of Golf and Fundraising at Buhl Park, as well as a PGA Associate and Operation 36 Coach. I’ve had the opportunity to experience and learn the game from some of the best minds in the golf industry. I have been in and around the game of golf my entire life. As a child, I would walk to the Buhl Park Golf Course and play from dawn to dusk. Having a FREE golf course in our area is truly a blessing, and we should be proud of it.
I played golf at the Division II Collegiate level and completed my undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Slippery Rock University. I have been the Director of Golf and Fundraising at Buhl Park since June of 2020. Previously, I was Director of Golf at Avalon Golf and Country Club for 10 years.
Please consider the Shop at Buhl Park for all your golf needs. We offer club fitting, re-gripping, club repair, and anything else golf related. If you are interested, please call 724-308-7883 for further details.

Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training (Clarion University)
Masters of Science in Sports Management (California University of PA)
I am the Director of Operations of the park, as well as an experienced Certified Athletic Trainer specializing in complete body functionality by utilizing the body swing connection and kinematic sequence. I’ve had the opportunity to learn from some of the most knowledgeable individuals in the Athletic Training profession, including the staff of the Green Bay Packers during an undergraduate internship and from the former President of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), Jim Thornton. Learning from all of these amazing teams and individuals and having the opportunity to work with athletes at every level has given me the ability to communicate and develop effective training programs to maximize an individual’s potential.
I have been in sports my entire life. I was a quarterback and baseball player at the high school and Division II collegiate level. I completed my undergraduate studies in Athletic Training at Clarion University and the California University of PA and received a Masters Degree in Sports Management from the California University of PA. I have been the Director of Operations at Buhl Park since the beginning of 2019, and since 2014, I have spent time with youth athletes in the area as an Athletic Trainer evaluating and treating sport-specific injuries, as well as developing preventative injury programs.
Since graduating college, I have developed a passion and love for the game of golf and I find it fascinating to evaluate the body, figure out the inefficiencies, and correct them to help make individuals the best that they can be.
If you are interested in unlocking your potential to become a more complete and efficient golfer, send me an email or give me a call to set up a session.
Josh Pearlman is the Assistant Golf Pro at Buhl Park, where he specializes in junior golf and is passionate about growing the game for the next generation. A 1996 graduate of Kennedy Christian, Josh went on to study graphic design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. With over 20 years of experience in the golf industry, he began his journey at Sharon Country Club and later joined Avalon after their acquisition.
Josh has also explored other fields, working in sales and spending several years in the fitness industry. His diverse background in customer service, golf management, health, and fitness led to his current role at Buhl Park, a position he finds to be the perfect match for his skills and family. He is particularly fulfilled by working with kids and helping them develop a love for golf.
Outside of his professional life, Josh enjoys staying active, working out, and keeping in shape. And while golf is his profession, he still finds time to play the game he loves in his spare time.
