Tennis at Buhl Park
Tennis has been a longtime tradition at Buhl Park, bringing generations of players together on the courts. Our facility features 8 courts set against one of the Park’s most scenic backdrops – Lake Julia and the historic Casino building. The Tennis Center building also houses the coordinator’s office and on-site restrooms for players and guests.
For more than 40 years, the program was led by beloved Tennis Director Sue McLaughlin, whose passion and dedication helped shape tennis at Buhl Park for generations. Beginning in 2026, Shenango Valley native Josh Fleming will take over as Tennis Coordinator, continuing Sue’s legacy while leading the next chapter of tennis at Buhl Park.
Tennis Court Availability
- The Buhl Farm Tennis Courts open for the summer season on Memorial Day Weekend.
- Courts can be reserved four days in advance from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- During late Spring and early Fall, court sign-up will be on Saturday and Sunday only.
- Court sign-up time is from 8:00am until 8:30pm
- Courts may be reserved for a maximum of two hours at a time for either singles or doubles.
Tennis players looking for a hit can be put on the ‘Hit List’ which is posted on the sign-up board at the courts.
